GREAT news for Laois rugby supporters today with the announcement that Portlaoise’s Eimer Corri-Fallon has been selected to start against Spain in tomorrow’s second round of the Women’s World Cup.
The former Portlaoise RFC player, who now plays with Blackrock RFC, came in off the bench last week in the bonus point defeat of Japan last week. Within minutes of her introduction Corri-Fallon won the lineout that led to Ireland’s sixth and final try.
Sunday’s match, which kicks oof at 12pm, is live on RTÉ.
