The late Anna Melia
Anna Melia (née Lyons), Ashley Gardens, Portlaoise and late of Kill Co. Kildare passed away peacefully on Friday 26 September 2025 in the loving care of Kilminchy Lodge Nursing Home, Portlaoise.
Anna was predeceased by her sons Derek, Brian and David.
Beloved wife to Pat and loving mother to Elaine (Hickey) and Alan and cherished grandmother to Cian, Jamie, Sophie, Rebecca and Odhrán.
Deeply regretted by her loving family. Son-in- law Ken, daughter-in-law Siobhán. Brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces. Relative and extended family and friends.
Reposing at Keegan’s Funeral Home, Portlaoise on Monday evening 29 September from 6 pm until 7.30 pm with Rosary at 7 pm.
Removal on Tuesday 30 September to arrive at SS Peter and Paul’s Church, Portlaoise for 11 am Requiem Mass. Interment will follow in SS Peter and Paul’s Cemetery, Portlaoise.
