The late Eileen Connell
Eileen Connell (née Cooke) Newry and formerly of Portlaoise passed away peacefully on Thursday 6 February surrounded by her loving family.
Eileen was the beloved wife of the late Michael.
Devoted mother of Roisin, Brendan and Kevin and treasured sister of James and the late Mary, Dan, Sean and Eddie.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sons, daughter, daughters-in-law Roisin and Sian, grandchildren Caoimhe, Aine, Michael, Daniel, Christian, Darcey and Anne, also her brother, nieces, nephews and the entire family circle.
Her remains will repose at her late residence 4 Beechmount Park, Newry on Friday 7 February for family only and on Saturday 8 February and Sunday 9 February from 12 noon until 8pm for anyone wishing to pay their respects.
Requiem Mass for Eileen will be celebrated on Monday 10 February at 12.30pm in Saint Catherine’s Church, Dominic Street, Newry. Burial afterwards in Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Newry.
