The late Elizabeth (Betty) Delaney
Elizabeth (Betty) Delaney (née Rowan), Glasna, Wolfhill passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday 12 August 2025 surrounded by her loving family.
Betty was predeceased by her husband Jim and daughter Freida.
Betty will be sadly missed by her loving sons Anthony, James and Patrick, daughters Majella, Margaret and Anne, daughters-in-law Catherine and Ann-Marie, sons-in-law Pat, Paul and Tomás, sister-in-law Bridgie, grandchildren Stephen, Rachel, Niamh, Róisín, Caoimhe, Jak, Conor, Eoin and Padráig, great-grandchildren Donnacha, Grace and Arron, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Reposing at her residence (R14 YP66) on Thursday 14 August from 2pm until the conclusion of the Rosary at 8pm.
Removal on Friday morning 15 August to arrive at Saint Mary’s Church, Wolfhill for Requiem Mass at 12.15pm (https://www.facebook.com/ballyadamsparish).
Burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.
House private on Friday morning please. Family flowers only please.
