The late Margaret Brophy
Margaret Brophy (née Doorey), Trumera, Mountrath and formerly of Ballintava, Dunmore, Co. Galway passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family and in the exceptional care of the staff at Saint Vincent’s Community Unit, Mountmellick on Monday 25 November.
Margaret was predeceased by her parents Thomas and Margaret, sister Mary, brothers Tommy, Pat and Brendan.
Beloved wife of Edward (Ted) and dear mother to Lorraine, Aoife (Keyes), Enda and Cathal.
Deeply regretted by her family, grandchildren Dylan, Josh, Aoibheann, Cian, Saoirse and Eoghan, son-in-law David Keyes, daughters-in-law Niamh and Mary, sisters Ann, Chris, Kathleen and Carmel, bothers Jackie and Michael, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, and friends.
Reposing at Burke’s Funeral Home, Mountrath on Tuesday evening 26 November from 5pm concluding with Rosary at 8pm.
Removal on Wednesday morning 27 November to Saint Fintan’s Church Mountrath, for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in Saint Fintan’s Cemetery Mountrath.
