The late Mary Ellen Bowe
Mary Ellen Bowe (née Spooner), Bordwell, Ballacolla passed away peacefully on Sunday 20 July 2025 surrounded by her loving family at Midland’s Regional Hospital, Portlaoise.
Mary Ellen was predeceased by her husband John and parents Catherine and William Spooner.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by her family Seán, Catherine (Beale), Billy, Mary, Thomas and Helen, sons-in-law Pat, Derek and Robsen, daughters-in-law Margaret and Helen, grandchildren Jack, Luke, Clara, Lily and Kate, sisters Peggy and Ann, brother-in-law Martin, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing at her residence (Eircode R32 KR24) on Tuesday 22 July from 2pm until 8pm. Removal on Wednesday morning 23 July to Saint Canice’s Church, Clough arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am. Interment afterwards in Bordwell Cemetery.
House private on Wednesday morning please.
