May Mary rest in peace
Mary Gowing (née Bennett), Killeen, Daingean, Offaly, R35 VP22 and of Raheen passed away peacefully in the tender loving care of the staff of Oakdale, Portarlington and Tullamore Hospital on Friday 25 July 2025.
Mary was the dearly beloved wife of the late Thomas.
Sadly missed by her loving family, daughters Angela, Una, Ita and Marion, sons-in-law Cyril Walsh and Simon Humphrey’s, grandson Thomas, sisters Katie and Una, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at her home on Sunday 27 July from 4pm until Rosary at 6pm. Removal at 6.30pm to Mary Mother of God Church, Daingean arriving for prayers at 7pm.
Requiem Mass on Monday morning 28 July at 11am followed by Burial after Mass in Saint Mary's Cemetery, Daingean.
