The late Robert (Bobby) Hovenden
Robert (Bobby) Hovenden, The Swan Road, Durrow, 98 years of age passed away peacefully on Sunday 11 May surrounded by his loving family while under the care of the staff of Midlands Regional Hospital, Portlaoise.
Robert was Predeceased by his beloved wife Mary and his sisters Janet and Edith.
Robert will be deeply regretted and sadly missed by his children Ann, Robert, June, Leslie, Ken and Don, his brothers Arthur and Harry, sons-in-law Roy and Roger, daughters-in-law Valerie, Dor, Emma and Janine, his 11 adoring and cherished grandchildren, his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Robert will repose at his residence (R32 K7N1) on Tuesday 13 May from 4pm until 8pm.
Funeral Service on Wednesday 14 May in Saint Fintan's Church, Durrow (R32 X674) at 2pm with burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.
House private on Wednesday morning please. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Saint Fintan's Church Organ Fund.
