May Tommy rest in peace
Tommy O’Brien, Saint Brigid’s Place, Portlaoise and formerly Urlingford, Co. Kilkenny passed away peacefully on Friday 22 August 2025 surrounded by his loving family at the Midland Regional Hospital, Portlaoise.
Tommy was the beloved husband to Kathleen, and dear father to Jack, Paddy, Catherine, Thomas (Flicker), Ailish and Amy.
Deeply regretted by his son-in-law Philip, daughter-in-law Marie, brother Joe, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, many friends and family friend Caroline.
Reposing at Keegan’s Funeral Home, Portlaoise on Sunday evening 24 August from 5pm until 6pm, with Rosary at 6pm.
Funeral Mass Monday morning 25 August at 11am arriving at SS Peter and Paul’s Church, Portlaoise followed by interment in SS Peter and Paul’s Cemetery.
