The late William (Billy) Kirwan
William Kirwan (Billy) of Donnycarney Dublin and formerly of Ringstown Mountrath passed away unexpectedly on Friday 15 August 2025 in Beaumont Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
William was the devoted husband and forever missed by his loving wife Sheila. Loving father to Fiona, Antoinette, William, Anthony, Mark and special grandfather to Christina, Christian, Isabel, Emily, Jessica and Éabha.
So sadly missed by daughters-in-law Sandra and Ciara. Sons-in-law Bill, Marcus and Quirinus.
Treasured by Brothers, sisters, sisters-in-law, brother-in- law, nieces, nephews, extended family, many close friends and neighbours.
Reposing on Tuesday 19 August at his family home in Dublin (D09 YH11) from 4pm with rosary at 8pm.
Removal on Wednesday morning 20 August to Saint Fintan’s Church Ballyfin, for Requiem Mass at 12pm with burial afterwards at Saint Fintan’s Cemetery.
