RIP.ie notice:
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Abbie who died in her 100th year, on Monday 19 October, very peacefully in the presence of her loving family and under the excellent care of the Midland Regional Hospital Portlaoise.
Beloved wife of the late Sylvester and much-loved mother of Theresa, Abbie, Bernadette, predeceased by Maria Assumpta, Anne, Sean, Martin and recently deceased Willie.
Cherished grandmother of Heidi, Misty, Christopher, Aoife, Érin, Rónán, Morgan, Hugh, Seán, Frankie and great grandmother of Matilda, Marnie, Jasper, Sadie, Nancy, Myles, Saoirse and Oige.
Deeply regretted by her loving daughters, daughter-in-law Mary, son-in-law Leo, Declan, Paul, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and wide circle of friends.
A special thank you to the incredible staff at St Vincent’s Community Nursing Unit in Mountmellick for all your loving care.

Reposing in Moloney's Funeral Home, Mountmellick this Tuesday from 6pm. Recital of The Rosary at 7.30pm.
Funeral arriving to St. Brigid's Church, Rosenallis on Wednesday for 12 noon Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in St Brigid's Cemetery.
