Laois death notice: Bernadette Hennessey (née Dowling), Mountrath

Bernadette Hennessey (née Dowling), Wolviston, Stockton on Tees and formerly of Shannon Street, Mountrath, Laois sadly passed away, after a long illness bravely borne, surrounded by her loving family.

Bernadette is predeceased by her parents Michael and Elizabeth Dowling and her sister Margaret.

Bernadette will be sadly missed by her devoted husband Colm, daughters Ciara and Aoife, son-in-law Dan, her much adored grandchildren Luca and Leo, her brothers Thomas and Seamus, sisters Kathleen and Pauline.

She will be sadly missed also by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and large a circle of very good friends both in Ireland and England.

Bernadette's Funeral Mass will take place in St Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Darlington Lane, Norton, Co Durham on Thursday 22 October at 1 pm.
