Laois death notice: Bridget Fitzpatrick (née Dunne), Killeshin

Bridget Fitzpatrick (née Dunne) of Ballyhide and formerly Springhill, Killeshin, Laois/Carlow passed away peacefully on 15 July, surrounded by her loving family, at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny.

Predeceased by her husband Patrick, partner Tom and daughter-in-law Maria.

Beloved mother of John, Jimmy, Patsy, Julie, Denis and Bridget and cherished sister of Jim.

Bridget will be sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters, her 19 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, son-in-law Des, daughters-in-law Margaret, Emer, Celine and Andrea, brother, sister-in-law Pat, nephews, nieces, relatives, good neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

May Bridget’s Gentle Soul Rest In Peace 

Bridget will repose at Carpenter’s Funeral Home, Shamrock Square, Carlow (R93 C863) on Thursday,16 July from 4pm, concluding with prayers at 7.30pm and will also repose there on Friday from 1pm until 4pm.

Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11am in St Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen, followed by burial in Killeshin Cemetery.
