Laois death notice: Josephine (Jo) Hughes (née Coss), Portlaoise

Josephine (Jo) Hughes (née Coss), Grenville, Portlaoise, Laois died peacefully on 10 October, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband John (Ballyfin Rd). Dearly loved mother to Norrie, Edel and Siobhán. Cherished grandmother to Cian, Eoin, Keara and Shauna and great-grandmother to Caitlyn, Erin, AJ, Caoimhe and Oisín.

Deeply regretted by her loving family, sons-in-law and partners, brother Dan, sister Betty, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at Keegan’s funeral home, Portlaoise this Monday evening from 6.30pm until 8pm, with prayers at 7.30pm.

Removal on Tuesday to arrive at SS Peter and Paul’s Church, Portlaoise for 11am requiem mass. Interment will follow in SS Peter and Paul’s cemetery, Portlaoise.
