Laois death notice: Kathleen Dunne (née Nolan), Killeshin

Kathleen Dunne (née Nolan), Killeshin, Laois/Carlow of ‘Monure’, Killeshin Road, Carlow and formerly of Tinryland, Carlow, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on 28 September at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny.

Beloved wife of Jim (Jimmy), much loved mother of James, Suzanne, Margarita, Aoife and the late Mark Anthony, loved mother-in-law of Liz, adored grandmother of James, Tara, Ciara, Katie, Emma, Clodagh, Robyn and Lucy, cherished great–grandmother of Hannah, Óisin, Odhran, Tadgh, Holly, Rian, Jonathan and Micah, treasured sister of Jimmy, Mary, Tom, Anne, John, Susan and Michael.

She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, son, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughter-in-law Liz, Aoife’s partner Eddie, Clodagh’s partner Chris, Ciara’s partner Fergal, Tara’s partner Stephen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives and friends.

Kathleen will repose at Carpenter Bros Funeral Home, Barrack St., Carlow (R93 C863) from 3pm this Wednesday, with removal at 7pm to arrive at The Holy Cross Church, Killeshin at 7.30pm for Funeral Prayers.

Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday at 11am and will be followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
