Laois death notice: Orla Coss, Mountmellick

Orla Coss, Twomey Park, Mountmellick, Laois died peacefully on Saturday 29 August, after a long illness bravely borne, in the loving care of staff at St Brigid's Community Hospital, Shaen, Portlaoise and previously in the loving care of staff at Esker Rí Nursing Home, Clara, Offaly.

Beloved daughter of Mary and the late Patrick (Markey).

Deeply regretted by her dear mother, sisters Patricia (Catterall) UK, Alice Coss UK, Michelle Dunne, Ballybrittas, Laois, her brothers-in-law Chris, Kevin and Richard, her loving nieces Róisín, Cáélin and Laoise, her nephew Clayton, uncles, aunts, cousins, neighbours and her many friends.

Rest in Peace.

Reposing in Moloney’s Funeral Home, Mountmellick this Monday from 4pm. Removal to St Joseph’s Church, Mountmellick at 5.45pm, arriving for 6pm.

Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 11am. Burial afterwards in St Joseph’s Cemetery.

People attending Orla’s funeral are requested to wear something purple in her memory.

Orla's Mass will be live-streamed via the parish webcam.
