The late Richard Buckley
The death has occurred of Richard Buckley, Grenville, Portlaoise, Co. Laois, on 23 June 2026, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family.
Beloved husband of Elizabeth, father of Stephanie, Sabrina, Philip and cherished grandfather of Evan, Paige, Cory, Ally and Tyler.
Predeceased by his parents, Ken and Eileen, and his brother, Stephen. Deeply regretted by his family, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and his former colleagues in the Irish Prison Service.
Reposing at Keegan's Funeral Home on Friday from 6pm until 7.30pm, with Rosary at 7pm.
Removal on Saturday to SS Peter and Paul's Church, Portlaoise, for Requiem Mass at 12 noon.
Funeral afterwards to SS Peter and Pauls Cemetery Portlaoise.
Family flowers only, please.
