Laois ladies will be looking forward to the start of the National League in January
The Laois ladies football can look forward to two home games to get tier 2026 National League campaign up and running in January.
Stephen Duff takes charge of the reins once again and will be at the helm when Laois opening their Division 3 campaign on Sunday 21 January.
Laois’s round one opponents are Fermanagh and a week later, Sunday 1 February, they play host to another Ulster team, Down.
And while Ulster teams provided the opposition in the opening two rounds, for rounds three and four they must take to the road south when Limerick will be their opponents on Sunday 18 February with Ennis probably the venue a week later when take on Clare.
Then it’s back home on Sunday 1 March for their clash with Roscommon before finishing off their campaign away to Antrim and Louth.
All four divisions will contain eight teams next year, with the top two teams in Divisions 1, 2 and 3 progressing straight to their respective finals. There are semi-finals scheduled for Division 4 at the end of March.
The Divisions 1 and 2 finals will be played at Parnell Park on Saturday 11 April, with the Divisions 3 and 4 finals scheduled for the following day, Sunday 12 April.
