Hryhorii Sryotenko admitted one count of attempting to murder Victoria Pavienko at the holiday homes, on January 13th, 2024.

Oleksandr Kucherenko pleaded guilty on Saturday at Dublin District Court to trespassing in a manner likely to place another person in fear on June 13th.

Giving evidence, Det. Gda Patrick O’Callaghan said that on the evening of April 15th, 2024, he observed a silver Volkswagen Shuttle driving erratically near Youghal, Co. Cork

Kseniia Vasylenko was previously charged with dangerous driving causing the death of Andrii Nesterov on lands at Cork Airport, Lehanaghmore on October 8th last. Mr Nesterov, 49, was also a native of Ukraine.
