A 31-year-old man has been arrested following a reported stabbing in Derry on Sunday morning.

A man is still being questioned on suspicion of murder after the death in Co Down.

Matthew Brogan, 29, from Drumbeg South in Craigavon, was sentenced to a total of 40 months, 20 of which will be spent on licence after his release.

Joseph Leitch (72) was found dead at his home in Cullybackey on April 22nd, 1972.

They are due to appear before Derry Magistrates’ Court later.
