The Land Development Agency (LDA) has announced the acquisition of a significant urban regeneration site in Cookstown in Tallaght, Dublin 24

Stephen McCourt (41), from Riverview in Augher, in Co Tyrone, was found guilty of murdering Damien Heagney following a trial which ended in April this year

The probe is centred around the arrest of a 16-year-old boy on suspicion of assault on police in Co Tyrone last weekend.

Police are appealing for witnesses.
