Ilankathir Sathivel appeared before a medical inquiry to face a series of allegations over his treatment of a patient at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown

Craig Jones (49) died from sepsis due to an infection that can be transferred to humans from dogs and cats.

He is due to appear before Naas District Court this morning at 10.30am
