PORTLAOISE College, a co-educational, multi-denominational school in Portlaoise town, has launched a new fundraising initiative to purchase a replacement school bus.

THIS year’s Intermediate hurling championship has produced some great contests and, long before the knock out stages, there were several contenders.

TO SOME it may be just the Junior ‘C’ Hurling final but tomorrow (Thursday) these two clubs will be treating it very seriously. These are both very proud clubs.
