Mark Keane brought the court action after an accident at the Johnson & Johnson factory in Co Limerick

Mr Keane has already told the court he was "not the man he was, nor the one he hoped to become" because of the injuries and felt "let down" by his employer, Johnson & Johnson.

Roy Butler (23) died at Cork University Hospital on August 17th, 2021. He had received a Johnson & Johnson Covid-19 vaccine at a pharmacy five days earlier.
