Officials from Dublin City Council and Clúid Housing have announced plans to collaborate together to develop affordable rental housing on a vacant site in Cabra.

The housing association today also confirmed that 2024 was a record year for its house delivery at 1,525 new homes which was a 40 per cent increase on the 1,085 homes delivered in 2023.

CLÚID HOUSING in Mountmellick is to receive funding under the Housing Finance Agency awards. The funding is for a garden and children’s play area at the Cullenbeg Park community centre.
