Figures from the HSE seen by Breakingnews show 10,714 children were waiting for first contact, a slight drop from the 10,961 children at the end of June.

Of that figure, 8298 children are waiting over a year for first contact.

In October, there was 942 children who were on a waiting list who participated in one or more individual and/or group intervention appointments.
