A cross-border appeal has been issued for two vehicle owners who were not involved in the collision and who may have information.

Mr Hunter, who was in his 70s, passed away earlier today at Letterkenny University Hospital.

Ryan Glenn (25), and Gordy Galbraith (30s) died at the scene
