STAFF from the racing yards of James Fahey, Jim Bolger, Charles Byrnes, Gavin Cromwell, Gordon Elliott, Noel Meade and Ross O’Sullivan have topped Horse Racing Ireland’s (HRI) 2024 Irish Thoroughbred Welfare Council best-turned out league.
