Daniel Aylward, a former student of Heywood Community School, Ballinakill, Laois, has accepted a place at the University Of Limerick studying Engineering.

Students from Heywood Community School were among 500 students from 22 schools across Waterford, Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny, and Laois, who gathered at the SETU Arena in Waterford to showcase their inspiring social justice projects.

Heywood Community School has been selected to participate in this year’s Lidl #SeriousSupport programme.
