From CMAT's third studio album Euro-Country to Kingfishr's Killeagh dominating Ireland's airwaves, 2025 has been an amazing year for Irish music.

The most-streamed song on Spotify in Ireland was Kingfishr's hit Killeagh, and Amble had the most-streamed album with their debut, Reverie.

2025 has been Kingfishr's year, with smash number one hit single Killeagh, ever-growing international tour dates, closing with two sold-out Dublin 3Arena headline shows this December, and the long-awaited release of their acclaimed debut album Halcyon on August 22nd.

Situated in the area the now infamous Kingfishr song 'Killeagh' was inspired by, the house was built in 2004, extends to around 2,900 square feet, and has been designed to blend into its surroundings.
