Joseph Cloherty was accused of having, without a lawful excuse, made a threat to Paul Murphy, intending him to believe it would be carried out that he would kill or cause serious harm to Jessica Spear.

Murphy was detained on two occasions in Egypt while participating in the Global March to Gaza,

In a post on X, Mr Murphy said they were released last night, but that police still had their phones.
