Gerard Baird (39) of Kilbarron Road, Coolock, Dublin 5, pleaded guilty to assault causing harm on October 31st, 2021.

The man in his 40s was conveyed to Cork University Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

The cyclist was conveyed to University Hospital Kerry for treatment of serious injuries.
