Gavin Pepper will not have to pay legal fees incurred by Pepper Finance in a High Court action taken by the debt purchasing firm against the Dublin City councillor, a judge has ruled

On Friday, Brian Conroy SC, for Pepper Finance and its managing director Ian Wigglesworth, outside whose west Dublin home Mr Pepper filmed for social media posts, said the defendant had agreed to an order prohibiting filming any Pepper Finance staff.
