A COUNTY Kildare landowner was prosecuted for the destruction of vegetation on land not then cultivated at Lattensbog, Caragh during the birds nesting season, contrary to section 40 of the Wildlife Act.

An angle grinder was used to cause damage to an information sign at the popular attraction
