The owners and investors in the facility have committed to continuing to support the attraction in Co Down.

The Causeway Coast and Glens Heritage Trust (CCGHT) is taking over management responsibility for the Dark Hedges in Co Antrim.

More than 2,000 items, including a melted version of the coveted Iron Throne, distributed across 900 lots will be on the auction block in October.
