The chief fire officer of Dublin Fire Brigade, Dennis Keeley, is the final witness to be called at the Stardust inquest

Danielle Creighton (24) of Glenshane Grove, Tallaght died by suicide while under the care of doctors at the HSE-run Aspen psychiatric unit at TUH on October 21st 2020.

Nuala Smyth (66) from Terenure was reported missing to gardaí by her family on January 3rd 2023.

Yvonne Blackwell gave evidence on Thursday along with sisters Ann and Finola Horner, during the inquest in the Dublin District Coroner’s Court.
