On September 19th across Cork City, doors will open late with a vibrant programme of special events and one-of-a-kind experiences - all completely free.

Over the duration of the weekend, an average of over 100,000 vehicles travelled on the M50 daily, while some 370,000 passengers travelled through Dublin Airport between Friday and Sunday alone.

The annual showcase, taking place in Ratheniska in Co Laois, is one of the largest outdoor events in Europe.

The streets of Custom House Quay will be taken over with cycling skills workshops, games, live entertainment and an outdoor cinema amongst many other activities as it closes to motorised traffic.

A total of 143 events have been hosted by the statutory agency over a five-year period.
