Donna Hughes-Brown was detained for five months under Immigration and Customs Enforcement rules.

The now 15-year-old boy pleaded guilty to two counts of raping his cousin on dates between June 2021 and November 2022

The 16-year-old boy drove on the wrong side of the road and went down dual carriage slipways into oncoming traffic during the incident

There is also an increase of those remanded in pre-trial custody for less serious crime.

Judge Pauline Codd noted that supervision orders for juveniles are unenforceable once they turn 18

The boy, who is now 16, was sentenced to 16 months in detention
