4 new special educational needs classrooms going to tender for St. Francis special school

The St Francis Special School in Portlaoise has been given approval for 4 New Special Education Classrooms to go to tender.

Fianna Fail T.D Sean Fleming was pleased to announce the approval, which followed his arranging a visit to the St Francis Special School for the Minister for Special Education, Micheal Moynihan TD. Shortly after the visit, the TD gave the “go-ahead” for the project to go to tender. Sean Fleming said:

“I look forward to this proceeding straight away so a builder can be appointed and construction commence as soon as possible. This is good news for the school and the children who will need these additional resources in Portlaoise and the surrounding areas.”
