Appeal for missing Laois teen

Appeal for missing Laois teen

Calum Kavanagh (15) is missing since Monday 2 December

A GARDA appeal has been launched for a Laois teenager who has gone missing for the second time within weeks.

Gardaí said last night that they are appealing to the public for assistance in tracing 15-year-old Calum Kavanagh, who is reported missing from Ballylinan since Monday 2 December.

Gardaí believe he may have travelled to Dublin and are concerned for his welfare.

The teenager was found safe and well following a previous appeal in November.

Calum is about 5’10” inches tall with a slim build, brown hair and brown eyes. When last seen, he was wearing a black tracksuit and black runners.

Anyone with any information on Calum's whereabouts is asked to contact Portlaoise Garda Station on 057 867 4100, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.
