Celebrity chef to give Christmas cookery demonstration in Laois

CELEBRITY Chef Paul Flynn is presenting a cookery demonstration on Wednesday night 13 November as a fundraiser for the Class of 1990 Project to raise funds for the further restoration of the former Brigidine Convent, Mountrath for community use. 

here will also be a pop up Christmas Market with stalls and a monster raffle for some great prizes on the night.

The event will be held in Saint Philomena’s Hall, Brigidine Convent, Mountrath. Doors open at 7pm with the demonstration beginning at 8pm.

The Class of 1990 Restoration Project committee hosted a hugely successful similar event last year with Edward Hayden that drew a huge attendance and this year they are aiming to build on that success with a thoroughly enjoyable evening for everyone.
