May Patrick rest in peace
Patrick Conlon, formerly of Crumlin Dublin and late of Mountmellick died peacefully on Tuesday 4 January surrounded by his loving family at Tullamore Hospital, following a short illness borne with outstanding strength and courage.
Patrick was predeceased by his parents, sister, son Patrick and grandson Lucas.
Patrick was the beloved husband of Kay, adored dad of Wayne and Nadine and loving granddad of Alana, Hannah, Cian, Shannon, and Eimear.
Pat will be very deeply missed by his loving wife, children, son-in-law Paul, daughters-in-law Jackie and Lynn, grandchildren, brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters, sisters-in-law, and by extended family and friends.
Reposing in his home on Thursday 6 February for family.
Removal from his home on Friday morning 7 February at 10.30am to Saint Joseph’s Church, Mountmellick for Requiem Mass at 11am.
A Cremation Service will take place later.
