E-scooter crash outside Portlaoise hospital

EMERGENCY services attended the scene of an e-scooter crash outside Portlaoise hospital today.
The collision involving a car and an e-scooter happened at lunchtime.
An ambulance attended the scene shortly before 2pm. A number of gardaí also responded to an emergency call and are investigating the incident.
It is not yet known whether the e-scooter driver was injured.
Traffic is moving freely on the Dublin road following the collision.
