Laois GAA club is hoping to score with raffle for prize Heifer

Borris-in-Ossory Kilcotton GAA club is giving you the chance to win a valuable prize in a draw to support the club which plays a big part in the community. The club is busy selling tickets for the raffle to win a grade U Belgian Blue cross heifer born in October 2023.
If a show heifer is not your thing, the club states that you can take a cash prize of €2,500 instead. There are also some smaller cash prizes for the runners-up. The draw will take place on Friday 1 August. Tickets can be purchased online on a dedicated page on idonate.ie or via the club's social media pages for €10 each or six for €50.
The club caters for about 100 adult players and close to 200 juveniles. They have ten hurling teams, from nursery to senior level, playing in competitive and noncompetitive games throughout the year. They also have a successful and vibrant LGFA Gaelic4Mothers and Others team.
