Laois gardaí seize drugs and car on M7
The vehicle stopped by gardaí on the M7, yesterday
Laois Roads Policing Unit stopped a vehicle driving erratically on the M7 during a routine patrol, yesterday. The vehicle had no insurance and there was a strong smell of cannabis from the vehicle. The driver failed a roadside drug test for cocaine and cannabis. This driver was also found to be disqualified from driving just 3 days previously. The driver was also found in possession of Cocaine, Cannabis and MDMA. The driver was arrested, a blood specimen was taken at the station and was charged. The vehicle was also seized. #LaoisRPU #KeepingPeopleSafe
