The Republic of Ireland women's side will face Belgium in the Nations League promotion/relegation playoff in October.
Carla Ward's side finished second in group two of League B, behind Slovenia on goal difference.
Belgium finished third in group three of League A, behind Spain and England and ahead of Portugal.
Belgium qualified for this summer’s European Championships by beating Greece and Ukraine in the playoffs.
The first leg will take place on October 28th in Ireland, and Carla Ward's side will travel to Belgium four days later.
Promotion to League A guarantees at least a 2027 World Cup qualifying playoff.
Ireland will be back in action when they play the United States twice later this month in friendlies in Colorado and Ohio.
