Jack O'Connor has been re-appointed as the Kerry senior football manager for another two years.

He was ratified by the Kingdom's County Board delegates last night.

Speaking recently, David Clifford expressed his hope that O'Connor would stay on.

He said: "It would be great if we could keep it the same way it was for last year. I thought we had a brilliant set-up so hopefully they’ll figure things out."

Elsewhere, Waterford have re-appointed Ephie Fitzgerald as their senior football manager.

And former Sligo manager Tony McEntee has joined Conor Laverty's Down management team.
