Leinster come into the game against Ulster in Belfast tomorrow off the back of a 62-19 win over Connacht at Energia Park while Ulster fell to a 29-3 defeat at the hands of Munster.

There are six changes to the team from last weekend, with Emily Miller continuing to captain the side as a win would see Leinster through to the final next Sunday at Mullingar RFC.

Last week’s hat-trick hero Mary O’Hara misses out due to an injury picked up in the win over Connacht.

However, Laois still has three players on the starting XV. Portlaoise’s Saffron Adams, scorer of two tries against Connacht, retains her spot at outside centre, as does flanket Lily Brophy.

Mila Mihajlovic from Portarlington came on as a second-half replacement in last week’s win and did enough to start tomorrow in the second row.
