Two people arrested in connection with death of Tipperary woman

Two people have been arrested in connection with the death of an 89-year-old woman in Tipperary.
Josephine Ray was found murdered in St Joseph’s Park in Nenagh on Sunday afternoon.
A man and woman aged in their 50s were arrested as part of the investigation, and are currently being held in a Garda station in Tipperary.
Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
The arrests come just hours after Ms Ray was buried at Killodiernan Cemetery.
