Una Healy encourages those who are 'sober curious' as she marks six months off alcohol

Musician Una Healy has revealed she gave up alcohol six months ago.

The former Saturdays star said she gave up alcohol in May, adding that it has been difficult but that she does not miss hangovers.

In an Instagram post, the mother-of-two wrote: "'6 months off the drink... my biggest regret is..."

She continued: "So far... none."

"A little update on my sober journey. This page could have been full of regrets, but I chose to put down the drink. If you're sober curious, you won't regret it. It's never too late. One day at a time -- that's all we have."

Opening up on her decision last month, Healy wrote: "Those of you who know me know I’ve quit [alcohol], but I just said I’d put it out there because it’s just easier when you’re asked like: ‘What are you having to drink?'”
